Lowrey staff, 6th grade students and dignitaries joined to celebrate Veterans Day. Mayor O’Reilly, Dr. Maleyko, Principal Younes and Senior Vice Commander, Tim Pitock spoke to students. The names of Lowrey School alumni and veterans were announced and students put a flower near the flag for each.
